Why Frank has not yet been adopted is a mystery! There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this wonderful dog. He looks like a postcard — he's stunning! His heart is warm and flowing. He exhibits the kind of affection you might associate with a dog who would be the first to find a happy home! Yet, he just hasn’t been picked.
