Fred is a shy boy from NM in a rural area so he did not meet many new people or dogs. He had cherry eye which we lasered out so he now can see well and it opened up a whole new world for him. Fred did well in his foster in NM but tends to be more shy with men so he needs time to learn to warm up otherwise he will just avoid. Once he knows you he is a whole different dog he loves to play and just be by your side. He is a quiet dog and would be fine with kids that are quieter and respectful of animals. Older kids are best as younger toddlers screaming and crying kids would startle him. He is fine with small dogs and would do awesome with a confident female dog
