Meet Salene-Salene was given to us by a Corso breeder that discovered that Salene had a dermoid in her eye. A Dermoid is a piece of flesh with hair folicles in it and if not removed the dog can go blind. The breeder did not trust that someone would do the surgery she would need so they contacted us. She is now old enough to do the surgery and Salene will then be ready for her new home. Salene is crate trained and great with other dogs and she will sit pretty for treats. She is house trained and walks ok on a leash. If you are interested in adopting Salene please put in your appplication at www.azmastiffrescue.com so a volunteer can contact you.
