He exhibits the kind of affection you might associate with a dog who would be the first to find a happy home! Yet, he just hasn’t been picked.

Frank is a sweet guy from our county shelter where he was found as a stray. Frank is a nice calm bay that gets the zoomies for a couple of min and them lays down for a snooze. Frank enjoys walks and likes his toys.
