Joey is a sweet girl that was owned by someone that had more money then common sense. He bought this beauitful girl as a pup taking her to doggy day care and keeping her very social. All good stuff until she turned a year old and she was then taken to doggy day care and left there in boarding for the next year of her life. She did still go to day care everyday as she loves other dogs but she did not get to be socialized with different people other then staff there. She was a staff fav there and they tried to talk to the owner about how the lifestyle she was now living was not good for a dog she needed a home and family so he finally agreed to release her to go to a new home. I was contacted to see if we could bring her into rescue and find her a furever home. She is from Piedmont ,ca and came into rescue and does take a few min to warm up. She is a bigger beautiful girl that deserves a Awesome home. She really has not been around kids so older if any at all and will be case by case.
