We are excited to introduce a very amazing girl. This is Annie, and she is as sweet as her name implies. When you just say the name Annie, your mouth makes a smile. Try it! See?! Annie came in with her brothers, the Wilcox Boys, and she is a young girl, approximately 1 1/2 to 2 years old. Like her brothers, Annie has a gentle, loving soul. Annie and her brothers continue to amaze the volunteers with their capacity to learn, love, and explore the world after living on a small farm in Wilcox. Annie walks well on a leash, and she is friendly and well mannered with other dogs. She grew up around many, many dogs, and she continues to love being around her brothers. Annie has been good with the cats in her foster home, too. Annie would love a forever family that will continue to work with her on socialization with new people and experiences in the outside world. See,Annie never left the farm where she was born, and she and her brothers didn't get to meet a lot of new people. Annie loves the kids in her foster home, and her human foster sister has a special spot in her heart for Annie. She would do best in a home with older kids or kids who have good dog manners, because sometimes Annie is still a little timid around new things or unexpected activities. Annie is brave and smart and gentle and loving and curious, and with stability and encouragement, she will continue to find joy in new things and her natural curiosity with the world will continue to blossom.
